Google Maps Caught Us Moving!

Brandon spends some of his free time doing things that are, well, kind of odd. One thing that he has been doing lately is going to http://maps.google.com/ and searching for addresses of people he knows, places he has been, etc and looking at the street view of those addresses. For those of you who don't know, that allows you to see an actual picture of the building from the street, thus "street view". Now that could be misconstrued as a little creepy, but I think he really does it to see if places still look the way he remembers.

The other day he did a search for our old address in Chubbuck. It just so happened that the day the camera was coming through for the street view picture was the day that we were moving out of our house last June. Both of Brandon's trucks are parked in the driveway with trailers attached. You can even see our big freezer sitting on our front porch waiting to be loaded on a trailer and hauled to Brandon's parents to be stored. We both had a good laugh. What are the chances.

Anyway, if any of you are curious, just follow the link above and search for our old address. I'm not going to post the actual address because our blog is public, but most of you should have it already. After it pulls up our address, click on the ballon that marks the spot on the map. That will pull up a bubble with several options. One of them is "street view". Click on that and it should pull up a picture of our old house. You might try it with your own address, who knows what you might see...
